Naila now combines all her experiences to provide Executive coaching and facilitate transformational personal development workshops and programs. Her passion for learning and development means she uses the most effective and leading edge resources to provide clients with fast and powerful results. She enjoys helping clients to gain a deeper understanding of how they function psychologically and the impact their thinking has on them. Enabling them to experience an easier and simpler way of succeeding in business, relating with others and living more fulfilling lives.
Her own experience of working very hard and eventual burn out makes her passionate about leading a healthy, balanced life. She enjoys travelling, walking, swimming, music and dance. She also has a deep appreciation for the power of rest and silence.
